Awesome for middle class family

The condo was great value for stay and family friendly with teenage boys. It was few minutes from everything. It was the best family size condo we have stayed at and still so much more to do that we hope to come again.

Great location

Location is central of everything. Longest car ride was 15 minutes which was great with 2 babies under 9 months old. Most restaurants are less then 10 minutes away and if you like Italian food you can’t mis Florentina’s.

The sliding gas store downstairs lock was broken so it was kept Shut by a bar. The carpets were all very stained and the ones going up the stairs are dirty. The dryer does not shut off when you open the door so you have to be careful there. I would say the condo or duplex needs better maintenance and upkeep. Also the genotype which we looked forward to was missing the covers on the Jets and was pretty much filthy where the Jets were.

Don't rent because of pool table

Overall, this was a decent place tot stay. However, we did want to play pool and really couldn't because the table was way out of level, the felt was dirty, and only one cue had a tip on it. If the owners would spend one day's rent on the pool table, they star rating would improve.

What a fantastic retreat!

Coming out of the pandemic, we wanted a comfortable ‘home away from home’ from which to enjoy Branson. We simply couldn’t have been more pleased with the location, condition, ease of access and professionalism with which this rental process provided. All three beds were comfortable, every amenity was as pictured and described and the folks at Thousand Hills were so great to work with. Not only were we in a gated community, but we were also just minutes away from all of the experiences that make Branson a family vacation hit. Each night we relaxed and slept great, each morning we were ready to weather the warm sunshine-filled days more than any hotel could have offered. We will look here first when we plan our next Branson vacation!

Not what was promised!!

Check in was easy. At the residence was when I was disappointed. My own reservation was not as pictured... No pool table, top balcony, etc. Was basically a plan townhouse. Management did however tell us something was wrong AFTER we discovered ourselves that the house wasn't what we THOUGHT we was getting. Which could have been something they could have told us at check-in... At the end we ended up getting half of our money back , free show ticket, and free go cart ride. If it wasn't spring break. We most certainly would have just went all the way back home. Bc the townhouse had it's on issues. Both screen doors on the back of the house. Handles were broken, one of the fans in the room didn't work upstairs, heat seem to not work downstairs but was nice and toasty upstairs.

Mother/Daughter Weekend

This condo is nice and the pool table was a hit with our girls. However, we thought there were 3 king beds and there was only one. It made our sleeping arrangements difficult. Only decaf coffee was left. I left some clothing items in the dryer and called on the way home when I realized it. Was told they hadn't cleaned it yet but they would call when items were found. I called 2 days ago and was told the same thing.. Its been 4 days and still haven't received a call. Will not stay here again.
