This is 1200 sq ft 2 bedroom/2 bathroom 4th floor condo located in the most desirable area of the north side of Myrtle Beach and sleeps up to 8 people comfortably. This condo offers a custom decorated Tommy Bahama decor, a granite countered full kitchen, washer and dryer in the unit, free wireless internet, a flat screen TV in every room with a DVD player and an incredible view of the Atlantic Ocean. Linens & towel are provided with this rental. Enjoy a great view of the Ocean from your master.

Take advantage of unlimited access to Dunes Village Resort's large indoor heated water park that includes a 250 ft Lazy River, three Jacuzzi hot tubs, two adult-size Water Slides, a children's pool and a game room with pool tables and other games. The Resort offers a fully equipped exercise room, a full-service restaurant that includes a lunch and dinner menu, pool bar and food service and Seattle's Best breakfast/coffee facility.

There are many fun-filled family activities within a short distance from the condo. The Family Kingdom, a family theme park is only a short walk away. Thereâs also Ripleyâs Aquarium featuring thousands of sea creatures. There are also miniature golf courses, shops, water parks, mini-race tracks and eateries all at your doorsteps. There are shows playing at the Carolina Opry Theater, The Legend, and Broadway at the Beach.
Myrtle Beach is a golf haven with over a 100 golf courses to choose from, all within a short drive from the condo. There are many restaurants and shops to fit every taste. Weâre certain that youâll enjoy your stay in this beautiful 3 bedroom oceanfront condo.

About the resort:
The Resort is located on the beach at 5300 N Ocean Blvd and considered to bone of the best resorts in Myrtle Beach. And the location is perfect--youâre just far enough from downtown so that you can enjoy some peace and quiet on the beach while still being close enough to all the major attractions. Youâre only a 10-minute drive from downtown and 10-15 minutes from everything else in Myrtle Beach. Thereâs also plenty to do right by the resort or just a short walk over on Kings Highway/Business 17. The amenities in the resort are great too. There's a great gym and a game room plus 2 indoor water parks with tons of things to do as well as 6 outdoor pools, kiddie pools and SPAs, a 170â Lazy River and a basketball court.
This is a non-smoking unit and there will be a $300 charge if it is discovered that someone in your party smoked inside the unit or on the balconies. This is a no pets allowed building and if you bring a pet into the unit during your stay you will be fined $300. You must be at least 25 years old when reserving this unit and most of the people staying in the unit must be 25 years old. There will be no additional charges if the following provisions are met: âą No damage is done to the condo or its contents and the unit is returned to us in the condition it was given in âą Premises are maintained in good condition and used in a careful and lawful manner âą All kitchen utensils, dishes, pots and pans are left cleaned and orderly âą No linens or household items are missing or damaged âą No early check-in or late check-out (check-in is at 4 pm and check-out is at 10am) that are not approved by the owner âą The condo has not been smoked in including the balconies âą No pets of any kind are kept on premises âą No illegal activities are conducted in the unit or the premise of the condominium âą Loud noise is not permitted in the building, the property or unit âą You cannot have more people staying in the unit than what the reservation was approved for when accepted by the owner Cancellation Policy: âą You will receive your full deposit back if you cancel 60 days prior to check in âą You will lose all paid rental funds if you cancel your reservation within 60 days of check in âą If we discover that you are under the age of 25, we can cancel your reservation immediately and retain all payments made to date unless it is more than 60 days prior to your check in âą We reserve the right to increase the damage deposit for any rental if any of the above provisions are not met We are serious about the above rules and regulations and strongly enforce them, so please make sure that all the individuals in your party are made aware of these prior to checking in. We enjoyed the business because we provided many families happy and memorable vacations. We started to add to our business and bought more units in that area. We really love Myrtle Beach and the things this city offers for a memorable vacation so we continue to add to our condos there. At this time we have 21 condos in Myrtle Beach.
