La villa de vacances magnifiquement située face au sud, avec environ 200 mètres carrés de surface habitable, peut accueillir 6 personnes. La maison est d'un mobilier moderne et de haute qualité et dispose de 3 chambres conviviales, 2 salles de bains, des toilettes séparées sur le pont de la piscine, une cuisine très spacieuse avec bar à petit-déjeuner, un coin repas pour 6 personnes, un salon confortable et une piscine chauffée électriquement et solaire (13,5 m ) avec jacuzzi. La villa est équipée de tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour des vacances merveilleuses et paisibles. Vous trouverez suffisamment de serviettes de plage, serviettes et linge de lit dans la maison. L'équipement de plage est disponible en option. La maison dispose d'un lave-linge, d'un sèche-linge, de 4 grandes télévisions à écran plat avec télévision par câble, lecteur DVD, lave-vaisselle, micro-ondes, barbecue à gaz, téléphone (appels locaux gratuits) et WiFi haut débit gratuit, etc.
La villa est gérée par une administration germanophone de notre confiance. Vous recevrez toutes les informations et l'aide dont vous avez besoin pour des vacances entièrement satisfaites.

Peaceful Getaway

The house was very clean and comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped with everything you may need. Pool area was beautiful with views of the canal. The spa was great for evening relaxation. We had a small issue with the spa but Robert quickly addressed the problem. The home felt very quiet and peaceful. Check in process was easy and everyone was very friendly and helpful! Would definitely stay here again!

Lovely vacation

Wonderful relaxing place!

We really enjoyed our stay at the "Villa". The property was exactly as listed, was beautiful and relaxing. Enjoyed the pool and hot tub every day. The neighborhood was quiet too. Close to shopping which made getting groceries really easy. We hope to come back!

A perfect holiday

This was the perfect house for our family of five: Spacious, well equipped and maintained, in a quite area, and with a fabulous and tranquil view. The outdoor facilities were excellent, and the few hours weather forced us to spend inside were also pleasant. The three weeks we spent during Christmas and into the new year was really value for money. We can recommend Villa Summerland with all our hearts to any potential travelers!

Fabulous stay!

This house is exactly like the pictures. Very well maintained and clean, fully equipped kitchen and very comfortable beds. The house is really close to grocery stores. We have enjoyed the pool and dinning outside with the music. Very nice view of the canal and great place for sportive fishermen ! We will definitely return there!! And thank you to the property management personnel who was extremely nice.

Perfect Location!

This home is in a quiet neighborhood and convenient to everywhere! We traveled with another couple and having bedrooms on separate ends provided plenty of privacy, especially since the home is so spacious. We expected to pay extra for electricity (as stated in rental agreement) and were happy it was only $30. This home is perfect for families or couples!

Wonderful stay!

First time we have rented a vacation home online i USA. Process was simple and secure. The house was exactly as pictured. My family and I love coming to Florida for vacation, and this house was amazing, the kids especially loved the pool. Everything was in excellent condition and very clean. This house is conveniently located in a quiet neighborhood close to stores. The property manager was profesional and helpful. Our security deposit was refunded promptly after our departure. SIMPLY THE BEST!!!

We stay in Cape Coral every Winter. This is the seventh Villa we have stayed in and this one is simply the best! It lies in a quiet, centralized neighborhood with close proximity to two shopping centers and Walmart. There is also several restaurants nearby. The house itself has a southeast exposure with a fabulous view of intersecting canals and the entire layout of the home maximizes that view. It gives you such a feeling of tranquility. The home itself is very well furnished with anything you would need to make your vacation a success. The owners and management have been a pleasure to work with. We just can't wait to return next year and the years beyond!

Villa Summerland

The house is beautiful and the location is great, in a nice neighborhood, close to shopping and restaurants. We enjoyed the pool, everyday, the solar heating was enough to heat it up to a good temperature. The house has a fully equipped kitchen if you want to cook your meals at the house. The only drawback of our stay was that we had to wash most of the towels before we could use them, because they smelled terribly. This was probably result of broken dryer, which broke just before our arrival , according to the property manager. Mgmt company wasn't able to replace it during our stay, either :-(. Had it not been for this, it would have gotten 5 start rating.

Beautiful house

House was exactly as decribed. The main problem was when i booked my credit card charged a foreign exchange charge twice. Once when i booked and another when paid in full. I called vrbo on the 1st charge of $20.69 and he told me to tell the owner and she will reimburse me. She didnt and then the 2nd charge $31.55. When i spoke to the owner on the 1st charge. She said that is just a minimal amount. But she never offered to pay me back. The 2nd thing was at check out the girl asked us to put either the towels or sheets in washing machine. I have rented many places all over and have never been asked to do that. It wasnt a big deal. But when you pay that kind of money to rent. You should have to do anything!!!!!!!!!! Other wise it is a very nice place, a quit neighborhood. Just check with you credit card company before booking.
