The Location doesn't get any better than this, You don't have to cross any street to get to the beach! *We have a view of the Gulf from the balcony. Right across the street there are 7 great restaurants, shops, marina, and small grocery in the south village. When you want to explore more of Siesta Key, there is a Free Trolley that runs to the North Village or down to Turtle Beach (8:00am - 10:00pm everyday) professionally managed. This condo has beautiful travertine Stone floors with a beachy feel throughout the condo.
You will know you're at the Beach when you open the door to this spacious 2, Bedroom 2 Bath condo. Master bedroom is a suite w/ a full bathroom that has a large walk-in shower, master room has a king bed, large closet, sliding glass doors opening to the balcony. Second bedroom has a Queen bed and twin over twin trundle, connected with a full bathroom, w/ tub shower combo. Flat screen TVS in each room.
You will love this fully stocked, nice kitchen with granite and all newer stainless Appliances, with the side-by-side refrigerator (Ice and water in the door). Plenty of pots & pans, spices, cooking utensils, dishes, etc.. to prepare meals for the family & eat in, the dining table seats 6. There is a crock pot, blender, traditional coffee brewer with provided coffee filters, & we always aim to supply (at least a starter of) ground coffee, sugar, creamer pods.
New windows for more quiet safe comfort. We provide a beach bag / 6 beach towels, umbrella, and also smaller beach chairs to take along for the day if you decide to explore other areas. Small cooler & much more amenities are there for our guests to enjoy. The condo has private beach access w/ a beach shower to rinse off the salt & sand. BBQ Grills & free chaise lounge chairs at the beach side. You can feel free to reach out to us if you need anything else during your stay!! Sleeps 6.
