The space
Nº577 is designed with boutique hotel comfort in mind. The open living-sleeping space includes a lounge area, a Smart TV, and a dedicated desk for anyone working remotely, with WiFi throughout. The full kitchen is equipped for real cooking, not just reheating, and the spa-style bathroom has a soaking tub. Blackout blinds keep the room dark for late sleepers or shift workers, and excellent sound insulation keeps things quiet even on a lively block. Guests check in independently, and the windows bring in good natural light throughout the day.

Nº577 is close to Christie Station on Line 2, Bloor-Danforth, putting downtown Toronto under 15 minutes away with no car needed. Christie Pits Park, 8.9 hectares of green space with baseball diamonds, an outdoor pool, a splash pad, and a skating rink and toboggan hill in winter, is a short walk away, along with its free outdoor movie nights each summer. Koreatown runs along Bloor Street West between Bathurst and Christie, known for Korean fried chicken, K-beauty shopping, karaoke, and specialty coffee. The stretch of Bloor between Christie and Ossington is one of the city's better value eating strips, with Nicaraguan, Korean, Italian, and contemporary cafes all within walking distance. Prefer quiet? Side streets like Crawford and Shaw run parallel to Bloor for a calmer walk without losing the location.

Street parking is available by permit. The host arranges the permit ahead of arrival and the cost is added to the reservation, just share your vehicle details in advance so it's ready for you.

Guest access
Guests have full use of the private suite, plus access to the patio shared with the main residence, furnished for sitting out and BBQ use. Smoking and vaping are permitted outside only.

Check-in and stay
Check-in is at 3:00 PM and check-out at 11:00 AM, with self check-in so you can arrive on your own schedule. There is no minimum-night requirement.
