The apartment was exactly what we needed. The check-in process was very clear and everything was as described. The apartment was immaculate. Messages were responded to promptly and the management was very kind and gracious. I'd absolutely stay here again.

OMG NOISY!!! Right against very busy train track!!! No sleeping if you stay there not to mention all the issues with garage door remote not working, Wi-Fi not available and many rues and codes! Too complicated stressful for me.

If I could give ZERO stars, I would. Too many issues to mention that created a terrible experience.
The location was convenient for visiting family, however I had to find alternate accommodation for the first several days due to the industrial-strength chemical cleaning products used, which triggered an asthma reaction I have not experienced in years. Kitchen lacked basics that made cooking anything near impossible. Wasn’t in Winnipeg to cook, but would have been nice to have some basic tools on hand. If I wanted a hotel room without kitchen, I’d have booked that. Speaking of basics, no tissues, 1 and half rolls of bathroom tissue (for 10 day stay) and cheap quality on top. Filthy bathroom cabinets.
Communication with Corporate Stays about these issues was absolutely awful. They pretend to make efforts, but so ineffective and clear they give zero f’s. Their « solutions » were near non-existent, ineffective at best, intrusive at worst. And don’t get me started on the barrage of emails pertaining to various other building issues and emergencies — including no water over a day, some other upcoming maintenance issues that had zero relevance to our stay’s time period. Nonstop nonsense. Like a whole other job.
I’ve travelled extensively over decades, I have never had such a terrible experience. Avoid!
