The Barachois
All duplexes enjoy an exceptional environment which include a private pool and a common pool. The garden is exquisitely landscaped in an oasis of colour and indigenous plants with secure access from the main road including residents and visitors parking.

The complex is set right on the water with great views on the famous “Coin de Mire" 180 m2 designed with a modern fully-equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms and 3 1/2 en-suite bathrooms . Whereas the living area opens onto the veranda, garden and common pool, the private pool lies in a cosy corner between main bedroom and living room.

The North is a well-developed region, as well touristic and well known for its beautiful beaches and Crystal Sea. In addition, the shopping is great with selected international and local fashion, along with good, quality or relaxed dining.

Barachois 8 apartment is in Calodyne, near Pereybere and Grand Bay, where nothing is missing such as leisure, adventure and sports activities. In particular abound for anyone who wishes to ensure a fit and active outdoor lifestyle. Big Game Fishing
The water around Mauritius supports a healthy population of blue and black marlin. Shoals of yellowfin tuna (65 - 90 kg) move into Mauritian waters in March and April while wahoo, are prominent in September. Other challenges for anglers are the spectacular sailfish (around 45 kg), which flies through the air when hooked in an acrobatic display of anger; bonito, a small species of tuna; and blue, hammerhead, mako, tiger and black and white fin shark. Boats come equipped with a radio and trolling equipment for live bait and artificial lures. Large fleets can be found in the North.
