Modern and spacious 1 bdrm condo - walk to everything in downtown Winter Park!

This is a spacious and bright one bedroom. Large bathroom with a huge bathtub. Fireplace and full-size washer/dryer. Granite countertops in the well-equipped, eat-in kitchen lead out to a large deck. This property is perfect for a couple.

We use a professional cleaning team who provides extra services such as wiping 'high touch' areas with a heavy disinfectant after their cleanings.

300 feet from the Trailhead Clubhouse with year-round heated swimming pool and over-sized hot tub. Pool table, exercise room, outdoor grills and fire pit. 400 feet to free shuttle stop to Winter Park resort. Located directly across the street from Hideaway Park. Snow sledding, skateboard park, playground and amphitheater for year-round music festivals, movies and more. All the shops and restaurants of downtown Winter Park are just a short walk away!

Located on the second floor. There is an elevator that opens up right across from the front door.

Please, no smoking, no children under 13, and no pets are permitted. Touchless check-in at 4 pm and Check-out at 10 am via door keypad.

Our Best Ever Winter Park Stay

This host has a wonderful property in Winter Park, CO. The unit was extremely clean, comfortable and so well located in the middle of town close to everything you might need including the Winter Park Ski Resort. The host is as warm and welcoming as her property and her communication was excellent. We fully intend to stay here again and again as we continue to visit our son in Winter Park. Thank you Jen!

Winter Park Spring Trip

The condo was just as described and shown in the pictures. It was very clean and has so many items not normally stocked in a short-term rental (an abundance of coffee pods, foil, ziploc bags, condiments, teas, plenty of shower supplies, iron, laundry detergent…and more!). Communication with the owner was almost immediate, and she was very accommodating. The location was perfect for anything you want to do in the area. I would love to stay here again on my next trip!

We liked this condo, would stay again. Used for skiing 3 days at Winter Park. Condo is bright, very clean, spacious and comfortable. Owner Jennifer was great to work with and very accommodating. Easy to take shuttle to ski area, Red line/Rendezvous stop is about 100 yards to right of condo complex entryway. Or can walk a couple hundred yards if that to the McDonalds on main highway RT 40. Most shuttle lines seem to stop at the McDonalds stop so more opportunities to catch shuttle to ski area.

Beautiful condo, well stocked kitchen, bath, laundry. The king sie bed and pillows super comfy. Owner was very responsive to my texts. Would definitely stay here again if I come back to ski in Winter Park.

Winter Park Getaway

This is a great condo, located within walking distance from all the restaurants and shopping. Very clean, warm, and provisioned. Jen, the host, is incredible! When Berthod Pass closed for days, she offered the place to me for free a day earlier in case we had to drive the long way around.

You can’t go wrong with this one!

Traveled to Winter Park to ski with family who were staying near the resort. This unit is a short walk (less than 5 minutes) to the shuttle stop for several different routes, all of which take you to the ski base. The unit itself is spacious, well-stocked, and gets lots of natural light. Easy parking, easy access, and close proximity to restaurants/shops (though we stayed in and cooked much of the time). There were two of us, but the unit would easily accommodate a small family. Check-in instructions were spot-on, and Jennifer was really responsive to communication. One of the best experiences I’ve had with a condo rental. Would be very happy to stay here again.

The best condo in town!

Jen was most kind and generous in giving us everything we needed before arriving to her property. All of her instructions were easy and efficient. The condo was gorgeous and immaculate. We felt right at home from the minute we stepped into the condo. Cozy bed, full kitchen, amazing living space and large bathroom. Even the neighbors were extremely friendly. We would definitely stay there again and located in the heart of Winter Park. We walked everywhere and you couldn’t beat the location.

We needed a place to stay to attend a wedding. The property is very well maintained and tastefully appointed. We were actually very delayed checking in due to a cancelled flight. Wonderful weekend in the mountains

Our host Jennifer was fantastic leading up to, during and after our stay. The condo was very clean and matched the description perfectly.
