The villa features:

Bedroom 1 — King bed

Bedroom 2 — Queen bed + twin bed

Pull-out sofa bed (sleeps 2 children)

Two levels of living space with ocean views



Step outside and you have oceanfront pools and an on-site restaurant — everything you need without ever leaving the complex.



The Space:

The ground floor sets the tone: an open living and dining area that connects seamlessly to a fully equipped kitchen, designed for groups who actually cook, gather, and linger.

Upstairs, the three bedrooms are distributed across the second floor, each with its own private bathroom — no sharing, no waiting. The two-story layout creates a natural separation between the social spaces below and the private retreat above.

Outside, the complex sits directly on the waterfront. The pools face the sea, and the on-site restaurant means you never have to go far for a meal — unless you want to.

BAJAREQUE is the kind of place that works just as well for a quiet family escape as it does for a group that wants to make the most of every hour on the Yucatán coast.



Guest Access:

Guests have full private access to the villa — both floors, all bedrooms, the kitchen, and all common areas are exclusively yours for the duration of your stay.The complex's oceanfront pools and on-site restaurant are shared amenities available to all guests on the property.



The Neighborhood:

Telchac Puerto is a small fishing town on the northern coast of Yucatán — the kind of place where the pace slows down the moment you arrive. The waterfront is lined with local seafood restaurants serving the day's catch, and the streets are quiet enough that the sound of the sea carries through.

The town has everything you need for a comfortable stay without the crowds of more touristic destinations. Fresh fish, local markets, and a genuine Yucatecan coastal atmosphere are all within easy reach.

For day trips, the options are excellent: the flamingo reserve at Celestún is under an hour west, the colonial city of Mérida is roughly 1.5 hours south, and the archaeological site of Dzibilchaltún is a straightforward drive from the coast.

Telchac Puerto is not Cancún — and that's exactly the point.



Getting Around:

A car is strongly recommended. Telchac Puerto is a small coastal town and while the immediate area is walkable, getting to nearby towns, markets, or day trip destinations requires your own transport.

The drive from Mérida takes roughly 1.5 hours via highway — straightforward and well-marked. From Cancún, count on approximately 4 hours heading west along the northern coast.

Ride-sharing apps are not reliably available in the area. Local taxis can be arranged, but for the flexibility to explore the Yucatán coast at your own pace, arriving with a rental car is the best option.
