Designed for families, friends, and group getaways, the home comfortably sleeps up to 10 guests across four bedrooms, with generous living spaces, two bathrooms, and a large deck made for long afternoons in the sun.

Wake to stunning sunrises over the Pacific Ocean, enjoy your morning coffee overlooking the coastline, and spend your evenings gathered on the deck sharing meals, stories, and unforgettable views.

Whether you`re exploring the beaches, discovering the local area, or simply unwinding in peaceful surroundings, Hukuwai Heights provides the perfect base for your next coastal escape.

Modern, spacious, and surrounded by natural beauty, this is a place where lasting holiday memories are made.

Guests have full access to the entire home, including all bedrooms, living areas, kitchen, bathrooms, laundry, and outdoor deck. The garage is not available for guest use. Guests may enjoy the outdoor yard area surrounding the home; however, the orchard is not accessible and entry is not permitted

This home is located on a working orchard, so guests must take care and remain mindful around orchard areas, machinery, and operations for safety reasons. Guests are not permitted to enter the orchard. The property is also elevated above State Highway 35, so occasional road noise may be noticeable.

⚠️IMPORTANT- Damage Deposit
To ensure coverage for any incidental damages or additional costs during your stay, Bush to Bay Holiday Stays requires a $250 pre-authorisation hold on your credit card, which will be taken two days prior to check-in.
This is not an actual charge. The funds are simply reserved and will be released after check-out, provided the property is left in good condition and no additional charges apply. Release times may vary depending on your bank’s processing time.
If the pre-authorisation cannot be successfully completed prior to check-in, the reservation may be cancelled in accordance with our booking terms and no refund will be issued.
