THE SWEET SPOT

240 Spencer Road is aptly named "The Sweet Spot" because it really is just that. One of the better homes at Lake Tarawera not built for a bach by the original owners, but as a full time dwelling. The pictures don't really tell the whole story. In fact with a few upgrades going on new imagery to be done, We are lucky to be able to offer some dates for holiday makers and there is no doubt in my mind that anyone who books this property will be very happy with their choice. The new owners have kitted this place out with every possible thing you could want. Ducted to all rooms heat and cooling aircon system in now, 2 lounges with tvs, one with sound bar, master bedroom new large TV, and the kitchen has everything including fridge and ice maker, plus an extra portable ice maker, and the stocked pantry is to behold. BBQ is a Weber. It is also worth noting that the hugely popular Cedar View is right next door and this is also available at times. There is plenty of room on the property for your boat/s and trailers and lake access at one of the 3 launching areas is no more than a few ks up or down the road. The site is sunny and sheltered with great lake views and set up with 2 lounges and 5 bedrooms great kitchen with all the gear and a very handy dining area. The bed arrangements are geared for 11 guests, plus there are a couple of trundler beds for a couple of extra kids in the 5th bedroom. The images of the bedrooms are not quite as depicted because the owners have made a few changes, but the room descriptions are correct on the listing. New photos will replace the existing bedroom pics in due course.
