Phoenix West is one of the most luxurious condominiums on the Gulf! You can enjoy a spectacular view of the Gulf from the balcony or through the floor-to-ceiling windows in the unit. With over 1,950 sq ft the unit is very spacious and newly furnished.



Amenities are abundant at this Phoenix West condo: the unit is appointed with full-size appliances, wet bar with ice maker, 60” flat screen HDTV in living room with wall mounted 32” TVs in the bedrooms, laundry room with full size washer and dryer. There is a king sized bed in the master, two queens in the 2nd bedroom, a queen bed in the 3rd bedroom and a sleeper sofa queen for sleeping up to 10. We also have the 3BR unit next door should you need more space.



There is a lazy river, water slide, outdoor pool with a fenced-in kiddy pool, heated in-door swimming pool, two Jacuzzi's, state-of-the-art fitness center, 4 saunas and roof-top tennis courts.



There is a 25 year old minimum age limit to reserve the unit which will be enforced with no refund for violation.



Your vacation will be complete at Phoenix West with all of the amenities, the beach and luxurious accommodations. Come and enjoy all that this new Phoenix has to offer, please call or email to book a vacation to remember.



Parking: Parking pass(es) must be purchased online from Phoenix West, they are a one time fee of $58 per vehicle. You will receive a Registration Email from Vacation Rental Parking Solutions before arrival that will include a link to register your vehicle and purchase your parking pass(es). Any 3br unit you rent at Phoenix West guarantees you can purchase up to TWO parking passes, the front desk will sell you additional passes based on the occupancy of the complex during your stay but please do not expect to be able to purchase an extra pass during the summer season.

Overall this was an excellent condo. Lots of space, comfortable beds. The tv in the main bedroom has some sort of auto shut off after like 30mins so that was annoying. Well equipped kitchen had everything you need. For the price I expected higher end patio furniture. Great location and the beach was not over crowded during our week. The property needs a bit more attention to cleaning the lazy river and there were lots of taken lounge chairs with towels and nobody ever using them.

We enjoyed our stay, the place was very spacious and clean. One suggestion would be to have the host provide extra toilet paper, a sponge for dishes, extra garbage bags, and better toiletry items.

Comfortable condo

This condo is in a great location with many restaurants and less than five minutes away from a Publix. Nice deck for watching the waves with a cup of coffee! Very comfortable living space and beds were extremely comfortable!

Family Beach Trip

Six adults were really comfortable in this lovely, spacious condo. Everything was as advertised. Lovely beach views and a really quiet condo. We had one slow shower drain, and when I called, management sent someone up right away to deal with it. We had a great stay.

Location was great. View was amazing. Lazy river was a big hit as was the indoor pool. Could have been cleaner and the cookware was not great. However, the beds and furniture were comfortable and the condo was spacious.

One bar stool was broken but contacted the property manager and they fixed it right away. We will definitely come stay again!

Great Stay

The property was great!!! Loved the lazy river and the beach. Great location close to everything. My only issue was as much as we paid for the stay.,., I really think they should provide more than 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom and more than one trash bag in the whole property. Other than the lack of daily supplies that we would need, it was a nice place to stay.

Spring Break 2023

Our family has been coming down to Orange Beach for more than 45 years. This was our first stay at this property. Our unit was not real clean, floors were dirty. We had several items broken or not working, however, once we reported them they were fixed quickly. Rooms were spacious and beds comfortable. I realize it was a busy time, 4 elevators were not enough for the size of the property.

Enjoyed our March family vacation!

We have stayed at three different Phoenix properties over the years and have enjoyed all. This unit was updated and had a great beachy vibe. The kids loved the lazy river and kiddie pool, despite it not being heated and awfully chilly. We were disappointed that early check in was not an option, especially since it was evident the cleaning crew was done well before our check-in time. Other Phoenix properties allowed us to check in early which was great, especially after a long day of travel with young kids who wanted to get right to the beach. Also, l find it odd that all the Phoenix properties, including this one, only provide 1 garbage bag, paper towel roll, TP, dishwasher pod and laundry pod. I knew better to pack some of these things this time. Besides cookware/dinnerware and some hair dryers, the unit is bare, so BYO beach towels, chairs, sand toys, cooler, etc. I did enjoy the ice maker and may need to buy one for home! Overall, great stay at Phoenix West.

Orange Beach Phoenix Rental

We loved having our family together and the proximity of the location. We were incredibly disappointed that the shower was leaking when we arrived and for the entire week we had a industrial fan and dry vac in our master bath. While we called Property mgt on a daily basis this equipment stayed in the bathroom with wires everywhere running the entire week. We also had a leaking toilet that started Thursday which was fixed quickly. We are still waiting on the refund promised us and on 8/11 it will be 10 business days. This was hugely disappointing. SP

Thank you for the review, however this is the wrong condo. You rented two and the leak from above happened in another room, not this one. With that being said, we do not have control of water leaks, they happen. One of the four bathrooms in the condo had two blowers in there to dry the ceiling. While the bathroom was still usable we still gave you a refund for the inconvenience. It would be nice if you could amend this review and put it to the correct condo.

Nicely decorated and had the essentials. I thought it was a nice touch that they provided starter toiletries and kitchen/laundry items.Amenities and location were awesome. Grocery stores and many restaurants just a short drive away.The day of our arrival i received a message that there was a water leak in the hall bathroom and that there were fans running. We were told that the fans would be removed the next day but it turned out to be 2 days before they were removed. Because of this we were unable to use the bathroom which wasnt an issue because there were 3 other bathrooms. The issue was that because of the water leak the bathroom smelled of mold and mildew. We had to keep the door closed the entire week or the WHOLE condo stunk. Unfortunately the washer and dryer were in there. I messaged my contact person through VRBO to make my concerns known while we were there. Nothing was done about this while we were there. The following week she told me that she visited the condo and didnt notice a smell. That seems impossible to me but whatever! The only other thing I can complain about was the floors were very dirty. Our feet were black only after a few hours.I would recommend this condo though despite all that
