Inside, the studio is compact yet functional, with everything needed for a comfortable beachside stay. The king bed sits within the open-plan space, alongside a practical kitchen and dining area, creating an easy and relaxed atmosphere for short or extended stays. Please note the kitchen does not include a microwave.

Large balcony doors bring in natural light and sea breezes, while the private balcony becomes the perfect place to enjoy breakfast, an afternoon drink, or simply watch the palm trees sway along the Esplanade.

The kitchen allows guests to prepare meals at home, while air-conditioning throughout the studio ensures a cool and comfortable stay after warm tropical days exploring the region.

Please note the studio is located beside a popular local Bar and Grill, which can create some noise and activity during evenings, weekends, and live music events. Guests wanting a lively beachfront atmosphere usually love the location, while those seeking complete silence may prefer a quieter setting.

From the studio, you can walk to Palm Cove’s beachfront restaurants, cafes, spa experiences, and boutique shopping within minutes. The location also provides an excellent base for exploring the Great Barrier Reef, Kuranda, Port Douglas, the Daintree Rainforest, and other Far North Queensland highlights.

The property is accessible via both lift and stairs.

Check-In Form & ID: All guests are required to complete a check-in form and present valid ID upon arrival. This is for security and registration purposes. Please note that we provide a starter amenity kit that includes a few essentials for your convenience, but for longer stays, you may need to go shopping to re-stock.

No Unregistered Guests: Only registered guests are allowed on the property. No unregistered visitors are permitted inside the property.

This property has a strict no party, no smoking, and no pet policy. Any breach will result in immediate cancellation or eviction.

Check-in is from 3:00 PM to 10:00 PM via self check-in with a key safe.

Check-out is before 10:00 AM. Unauthorised late check outs may incur a fee. Please follow the check out instructions sent to you and make sure you are familiar with where to leave your keys.

Guests may be charged for additional housekeeping if the property requires extra cleaning time.

Guests will be charged for replacing lost keys or fobs as well as a call-out fee, if required.
Any smoking inside the property will result in charges to have the property professionally deodorised and furniture and carpets steam cleaned.

Cancellation Policy: Our cancellation policy is firm. We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover your trip in case of emergencies, illness, extreme weather, etc. Any refund requests outside of our cancellation policy will be declined. We are happy to provide documentation to your travel insurance company to help expedite your claim.
