Guest Access:

Guest access is via the parking or main entrance.

A fob is used to access the lifts and facilities. Please note : lost keys/ remotes will result in a $350 replacement cost.

Local bus services also operate nearby, making it simple to explore the Gold Coast without a car. Please note we hold a $200 security bond. A hold will be placed on your card the day before check in. It is not a payment. The hold will be released once the cleaners have been through the apartment.

Online Check-In:

For the safety and security of our guests and properties, all bookings require completion of our online check-in form prior to arrival. This includes government-issued photo ID matching the booking name and a matching selfie. Airbnb guests may provide their ID securely via their booking messages. Your booking is only fully confirmed once verification is complete.

You will have access to the entire apartment and Resort Facilities that are located on Level 4
