The view is absolutely breathtaking, waking up to the city skyline and river is a special experience
• No parties or events are allowed. If the place is left in a very uncleaned condition, $50 cleaning fee for each additional hour.
• No smoking allowed. Smoking is only allowed on the balcony with all doors closed.
• No unregistered guests are allowed.
• Don’t eat or drink in the bedrooms.
• Respect the noise curfew.
• Turn off the AC when you go out.
• Respect check-in and check-out times.
• Lost keys incur a replacement fee of $300 for set.
• Take care of the furnishings. You have to pay for damages that exceed the security deposit.
• Don’t rearrange the furniture.
• Do your dishes.
• Take the trash out before you leave.
• No illegal substances are allowed on the premises.
