This helps us verify the validity of the reservation and protect against fraudulent transactions. >>A security deposit (bond) is required and will be authorised separately. Strict no loud noise, parties, or events. Quiet hours are from 9:00 pm onwards. Breaches may result in eviction. >No schoolies or Toolies permitted

Any cigarette butts found will result in forfeiture of the bond. >Neighbour complaints = immediate removal or cancellation of booking >Accidental/deliberate damage will incur repair or replacement charges. >>Guests must leave the property in a clean condition and return furniture to original positions or additional fees apply.

You are responsible for any mess or damage your pet leaves behind or injury to another person. If you arrive at the property with a pet without prior permission you will be asked to leave without any refund or reimbursement. All dog waste must be cleaned up from the backyard before departure. Failure to do so will result in a $200 cleaning fee.
