This beautifully renovated three-bedroom home has been thoughtfully designed to offer both comfort and flexibility for a wide range of guests. The lounge features a comfortable sofa (which converts into a bed if required), a flat-screen TV and a sound system, making it an ideal spot to unwind after a day of exploring.

The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to cook at home, including modern appliances, plenty of bench space and thoughtful extras like an air fryer/digital cook pan, perfect for easy meals. The adjoining dining area provides a great space for shared meals and conversation.

The home comfortably sleeps up to 8 guests across three well-appointed bedrooms. The master bedroom features a king bed, offering a spacious and restful retreat. The second bedroom includes a queen bed, while the third bedroom is ideal for families or groups, with a queen bed and a set of single bunks. The additional sofa bed in the living room provides further flexibility for larger groups.

The bathroom is clean and functional, and there is also a separate toilet located in the external laundry for added convenience. The fully equipped external laundry includes a washing machine, dryer, ironing facilities and everything needed for longer stays.

Hobart is approximately a 30-minute drive away, while MONA is just 15 minutes away. Parking is simple, with a carport available on-site as well as additional free street parking directly outside the property.

The home is located in a quiet residential street, so we kindly ask guests to be respectful of neighbours, particularly in the evenings. The external laundry and additional toilet are located just outside the main house, which many guests find convenient for larger groups.
