The pool and open parking area are shared with guests staying in those units. We kindly ask everyone to be respectful of shared spaces so all guests can enjoy a comfortable stay.
Pool is fenced and compliant with QLD safety regulations.
Please supervise children at all times around the pool.
No pets allowed.
No smoking or parties, this is a quiet residential neighborhood.
We respect our guests’ privacy and provide a smooth self check-in experience. While we won’t be onsite, our team is available to assist if you have any questions or need support. For the fastest response, please message us through Airbnb.

Please respect our neighbors and keep noise to a minimum, especially at night. (10pm-7am)

Only the number of guests listed in the reservation are allowed in the unit.

🗑️ PLEASE DISPOSE OF TRASH PROPERLY
🔌 TURN OFF APPLIANCES WHEN NOT IN USE
In the event of any contents being lost or damaged during your stay, through any act or omission by yourselves or any of your visitors, costs for repairing such damage will be charged to you.
If you need extra service, please feel free to contact us:
● Replace a missing key and fob: $280
● Unlock fee: $200 after office hours (after 5 pm on Mon- Fri, and all day on the weekend)
● Onsite management call out fee due to noise complaint - $200 per visit
● Late check-out 12pm: $40, After 12 noon: full daily price
● Baby travel cot: $80 per stay (check availability)
● Second set of key deposit fee: $280 per stay
$100 delivery fee

● Post fee: $30 + postage cost
Any breach will be recorded by the surveillance system and penalties will apply to guest responsibility.
