This rustic, single-story cottage with two bedrooms, is the ideal spot for a quiet, low-key Wellfleet vacation. Enter an open main living area with living room, dining area and kitchen. The comfortable living room has plenty of seating and a small TV with cable. The kitchen has a refrigerator, electric range, microwave and drip coffeemaker.

There are two bedrooms--one with a queen bed and one with two twin beds. The bathroom has a shower.

Wood floors throughout the main living area and bedrooms. Three window air conditioners--one in the main living area and one in each bedroom.

The deck has a dining table and chairs and lounge seating. Enclosed outdoor shower at the base of the deck steps.

The cottage is nestled on a wooded lot tucked away near the end of the road. The bay beach at Old Wharf Point is only a mile from the house--4-min drive, 21-min walk, 4-min bike ride. Six-minute drive to Marconi Beach, seven-minute drive to Whitecrest Beach--both on Wellfleet's ocean side. Four-minute drive to the Lecount Hollow parking lot of the Cape Cod Rail Trail. Seven-minute drive to Wellfleet center, ten-minute drive to Mayo Beach.

**** CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY ****
Upon cancellation for ANY reason, money will be refunded less a 20% service fee of the total rental amount due, ONLY if the property is re-rented for the same terms and conditions of the original Agreement. Tenant further acknowledges and agrees that where Kinlin Grover Compass undertakes to re-let the property, the rental fee to be charged to the substitute tenant shall be in an amount to be determined in the reasonable discretion of Kinlin Grover Compass and Owner. Tenant agrees that any cancellation of the reservation, undertaken at any time, shall not be effective unless in writing and delivered to Kinlin Grover Compass.
