Perfect for families or groups, this warm and welcoming Taupo retreat offers space, comfort, and room for everyone to relax. Set on a large, fully fenced section backing onto a public reserve with private gate access, it’s ideal for kids and a pet* to play safely.



Upstairs features the main living area with a heat pump/air conditioning and cosy wood fireplace, along with the kitchen, three bedrooms, and a bathroom with separate toilet. Downstairs includes a large fourth bedroom, additional toilet, and laundry — great for extended family or teens.



Enjoy mountain views from the wrap-around deck, complete with BBQ and outdoor fire — perfect for relaxing evenings together toasting marshmallows.



Sleeping up to 12 guests (best suited for up to 8-10 due to one bathroom), the home also includes a portacot, highchair, board games, books, and kids’ play equipment. Boat/trailer parking is available, making it a great base for your Taupo adventure.



*A pet fee, bond & conditions will apply for all reservations intending to bring their furry friend. Please ensure you let us know at time of booking and we will add these to your reservation.*



Room Configuration -



Upstairs -

Bedroom 1: 1 x Queen bed

Bedroom 2: 2 x King Single beds (can be made up as 1 x California King upon request**)

Bedroom 3: 1 x Single over Double Bunk bed + portacot

Downstairs -

Bedroom 4: 1 x Single over Double Bunk bed + 1 x Queen bed.



**If you require the beds to be made together, please let us know at least 7 days prior to arrival.



House Rules and Information -



Parking: 4 x off street parking, including boat/trailer parking. There is no guest access to the garage.



*Security Cameras: There is an external camera set up at the front of the property for security purposes.



Linen included – we are a holiday home management company who use professionally laundered linen & towels.



Cleaning – exit clean included in nightly rate.



STRICTLY no parties, events or loud groups. Neighbours are very close and are to be respected at all times.
