Absolutely NO bar soap can be used in the bathroom due to the marble.
Use the trash bin for anything other than toilet paper. For example: paper towels and hygiene products.
Use the Athos cleaning spray provided under the sink if needed. (If it runs out, there is a concentrated refill with a line in the cabinet. Please DO NOT use the full strength in the bathroom.)

Kitchen rules: Only use the provided Athos Marble cleaner on the countertops.
Dish detergent can also be used. NO Bleach or abrasives.
Please use the hot pads or trivet pads when setting something hot on the counter.
The counters are marble and will burn!
Please use the pot/pan protectors when putting them away.

• ABSOLUTELY NO PETS IN THE UNIT
• Children under the age of 12 must be supervised by an adult at all times.
• Please abide by pool rules as posted, if applicable, to include, but not limited to: No glass containers in the pool area; no large floats or rafts. Please use the pool at your own risk.
• The use of roller skates, roller blades, in-line skates, and skateboards is strictly prohibited in the building walkways, sidewalks, and parking ramp
• Keep balconies and walkways clear. No towels, clothing, umbrellas, or other items are to be hung from railings or balconies.
• Barbecuing or grilling on balconies is allowed with an electric grill ONLY.
• Do not feed seagulls from the property.
• Park in the assigned space for your unit. All vehicles must display parking permits. Vehicles without a parking permit displayed are subject to towing at the renter`s expense.
• Cars must be pulled into the parking space as normal. No backing into parking spaces.
• Please be considerate of your neighbors and keep noise to a minimum during the hours of 11 pm -8 am. This is a private condominium or home, and the building has year-round occupants. While you are on vacation, they may not be.
• All trash is to be bagged and placed in the garbage chute or proper containers.
