- Smoking is prohibited inside the apartments. A USD300 USD fine will be issued for any violations.
- Parties and loud noise are not permitted. Violators will be fined USD250 USD.
- Yes, you can have visitors. However, anyone not included in the booking who stays overnight in the apartment will incur an immediate additional charge.
- A special fee applies for filming or photo shoots. Please inquire in advance if you wish to carry out any of these activities, as doing so without the proper authorization may result in a fine.

Important Notice to Guests

By order of the administration and to guarantee the safety of all, all visitors wishing to enter the apartments must be authorized with their full name and document number through this chat on the respective channel, from Monday to Saturday, from 9:00 am to 9:30 pm. Outside of these hours, visitors will NOT be allowed entry.

Please remember that visitors must leave before 10:00 pm. If a visitor is found to remain after that time, an automatic charge of USD30.96 USD per person will be generated.

It is important to note that the guest is responsible for the entry of visitors. Furthermore, visitors must be accompanied by the guest upon departure; otherwise, they will not be permitted to leave the building.
