Up the internal stair, your mezzanine bedroom is a genuine retreat — tucked away above the living area and offering real separation and privacy, so the bedroom always feels like a world apart from the open-plan living below. The apartment is warm, fresh, and immaculately presented — a true lock-up-and-leave city base that feels like home from the moment you arrive.

Guests have the entire apartment to themselves — living area, mezzanine bedroom, bathroom, kitchen, Juliet balcony, and one dedicated secure car park in the undercover car park behind electric gates. The building is well-maintained and quiet, with secure entry.

The lounge also has a comfortable fold out sofa bed should you have an extra guest.

Cheshire Street sits at the very heart of this coveted enclave, and you`ll quickly discover why Parnell is consistently voted Auckland`s most desirable inner-city suburb.

The village precinct — with its cobblestone laneways, heritage shopfronts, award-winning restaurants and brilliant café culture — is literally at your doorstep. Tala, regularly recognised as one of Auckland`s very best restaurants, is just a stroll away, alongside Cornelia Italian, TwoFold Brewpub, and a rich mix of international dining that makes Parnell Road one of the city`s most rewarding streets to eat your way along.

The Auckland War Memorial Museum and the sweeping Auckland Domain parklands are a short walk, as are the famous Parnell Rose Gardens and the summer swimming spot of Judges Bay. For gallery lovers and boutique shoppers, the surrounding laneways hold some of the finest art galleries and independent stores in the city. The La Cigale French Market on weekends is a short wander away and absolutely worth the trip.

Parnell train station is under five minutes on foot — making the whole of Auckland easily accessible without a car — and the Inner Link and Outer Link buses both run along Parnell Road with frequent services throughout the day. For those who prefer to walk, the CBD is an enjoyable 15-minute stroll along Beach Road, or a scenic 30-minute waterfront route via Quay Street and Judges Bay.

The apartments building does NOT have stairs, so you do need to walk up a flight of stairs to the apartment. In addition, the mezzanine bedroom is accessed via an internal staircase — please be mindful if you have mobility considerations.

The apartment is double glazed throughout for year-round comfort. Street noise is minimal given the elevated corner position. This is a non-smoking property.

Please respect our no-party policy and observe quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.

Smoking, vaping, or drug use is not permitted inside the suite or anywhere in the apartment, building, complex or balcony.

In the rare case of a noise complaint or evidence of smoking, an additional fee of up to NZD $500 may apply.

Check in available after 3pm through lock box key collection. Lock boxes are located a short distance full details will be sent prior to arrival. We advise collecting the keys on your way to the apartment, if coming to the city via taxi or UBER, ask the taxi to wait a second while you collect the key. The walk to the apartment from the lock box is not far, but no one wants to walk in the city with suitcases!
