Guests have the entire apartment to themselves — living area, mezzanine bedroom, bathroom, kitchen, Juliet balcony, and one dedicated secure car park in the undercover car park behind electric gates. The building is well-maintained and quiet, with secure entry.
The lounge also has a comfortable fold out sofa bed should you have an extra guest.

The apartments building does NOT have stairs, so you do need to walk up a flight of stairs to the apartment. In addition, the mezzanine bedroom is accessed via an internal staircase — please be mindful if you have mobility considerations.
The apartment is double glazed throughout for year-round comfort. Street noise is minimal given the elevated corner position. This is a non-smoking property.
