The Space:

Coastal and carefree this beautiful property embodies high-end design for the ultimate beachside vacation. The space and light created by the two-story lofted entry is captivating, flowing through to a superbly stylish open plan living & dining arrangement.

Beautifully curated décor with a cool luxury coastal feel, the kitchen boasts European appliances, stone top benches and a butler’s pantry. Walk through the butler’s pantry and discover a fully equipped utilities room with a washing machine and dryer for your convenience.



Onto the dining area with its plush six-seater table, designed socially to an open plan kitchen and living area. Minimalist and chic the living space is a generous space to retrench from a day out on the gorgeous Sunshine Beach. The all essential reliable wi-fi is present and easily accessible.



Venture upstairs and you will find two bedrooms, first the master. Elegantly appointed with a king bed, wardrobe and a modern lavish bathroom with a free-standing tub. The second bedroom features twin beds, a wardrobe and an en-suite.





The holiday home of your dreams comes complete with a heated, saltwater chlorinated pool which is safely secured by irrigated gardens and a contemporary seamless glass fence. NB: Pool heated in colder months only.



There is secure single car accommodation and guest parking, as well as an outdoor shower.





If convenience is high priority on you holiday home wish list, this is certainly one to consider with such close proximity to all the charms of Sunshine Beach. Essentially brand new with impeccable finishes be one of the first to experience this exquisite beachside holiday home.



Guest Access:

The entire duplex half, including the pool, driveway and single garage is for your exclusive use.



The Neighborhood:

Ideal location only a short 200 metres stroll to the nearest beach access stairs (34), and 400 metres to Sunshine Beach shops and restaurants.



Getting Around:

Walking distance to local shops, restaurants and beach.

Local buses to Noosa Junction, Noosa Main Beach/Hastings Street.

Ubers and taxi's also available.



Other Things to Note:

Guests must comply with the Local Council code of conduct, and the general house rules. The code of conduct can be viewed in the house rules, and is also available in print as well as digitally as part of our guest compendium.



Due to the corner position of this property, some road noise during day hours is to be expected.



Please be aware the electric gate cannot fully open and as a result it is a little tricky backing out of the garage. We have added a strip of bright tape to alert you to this, however, we suggest backing into the garage instead.

Please also note wonderful mature tree does unfortunately drop leaves and seeds onto the driveway, so it is best to park inside the garage to avoid a trip to the car wash!
