Spend your days unwinding at the beach or lounging by the community pool, which features a poolside gazebo, spacious decking, and plenty of comfortable lounge chairs for soaking up the sun. It’s the ideal place to cool off, read a book, or enjoy a lazy afternoon between beach sessions.

Paved and wooden walkways guide you to the beach crossover, where soft white sand and crystal-blue waters are just steps away. And after a day of sun and surf, rinse off in the outdoor shower before heading back inside to recharge.

Location:

Your beach condo is located approximately 1.2 miles north of the Surf City high rise bridge, near the central part of Topsail Island.  This puts you close to restaurants, shops, Surf City Pier and more! Be sure to visit some local attractions such as the Karen Beasley Sea Turtle Hospital and the Missiles and More Museum, which tells the story of our island's past.

Surf Condos Information:

The Surf Condo swimming pool opens April 1st and closes on October 31st (dates subject to change).
Gate/laundry/pool keycard required with a credit card on file.
Please note that Surf Condo units only provide parking for 2 vehicles.
Boats, trailers, jet skis, etc. are not allowed on the condo premises.

Additional Property Information:

Smoke Free - No smoking allowed by anyone on the premises
No Pets by Tenants - No pets allowed by tenants though owners may bring their own
Linens (bed & bath) are NOT included but are available for an additional fee.

All our rentals include fully equipped kitchens, basic small appliances (microwaves, coffee makers, toasters, blenders), pillows, comforters/bedspreads, television(s), central heating/air, iron/ironing board and much more! You may bring your own or rent them through Ward Realty.
