Welcome to your lakeside retreat inside Innsbrook Resort — a 7,500-acre gated lake community tucked into the rolling hills of eastern Missouri, just 45 minutes from St. Louis. Half the drive of Lake of the Ozarks with the same lake lifestyle — minus the crowds.

This 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom chalet sits on a wooded corner lot with water access and total privacy. Step outside to soak in the hot tub surrounded by hardwoods, roast marshmallows at the fire pit, or settle into the screened porch with a glass of wine and the sound of nothing but birds and breeze.

Inside, the open floor plan centers around a stone fireplace — the heart of the home. The main-level king suite has sliding glass doors to the screened porch, giving you a private retreat with morning lake views. Upstairs, the loft level has two bedrooms with three queen beds and a second full bath — an ideal setup for families with kids who want their own space.

The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need for group meals. Pack groceries before you arrive (Warrenton and Wright City are 15 minutes away), or grab Starbucks and provisions at the Market Cafe inside the resort.

loved our time there. little issues:need some work on sliding screen door and screen door porch. we did buy a larger Dutch oven pot for our shrimp boil...other than that enjoyed our stay!

Secluded, clean and quiet home, steps from a lake. Very quiet area, lots of deer and birds, Innsbrook complex is very accommodating with several enjoyable ameneties; golf, restaurants, pools, market and hiking trails. Supermarkets close by and laundry can be done at the main club house.Home has stairs to second floor that may be difficult for elderly. As mentioned in a previous review, screen doors were troublesome; one torn and the main screen door would not open on its track. BBQ in poor shape and needs to be replaced.Overall a relaxing stay in the woods, even with neighbors in the area it was still very quiet. Glad we were able to enjoy the home and surrounding area.

I really don't like to be overly critical and sometimes we just expect more. I felt the place was clean it was a great location and management was very reachable. We had a great time, caught some fish, we sat on the patio and talked all night, it was an overall wonderful stay. I have been to great places where the host made sure everything was perfect. I felt this place had a BBQ pit, a burn pit, a hot tub, dock on the small lake and all these things are wonderful things that justify the price. On the other hand the BBQ pit should have been put to the curb a year ago. The burners were rusted out the ignition button did not work but there was propane. Big beautiful fire pit but no wood. The hot tub worked about half way. I just felt like they did the minimum to keep the place going. Having a BBQ is nice but when it is almost unusable? The screen door on the porch had a torn screen so bugs get in. The place felt clean but in disrepair. For the price I would try another place next time.

Guests may conveniently purchase firewood at the nearby community store.
