Welcome to this classic, all-season cottage located in beautiful Tiny Township, close to Balm Beach. The main cottage is nestled in an exclusive quiet neighborhood with large surrounding windows, creating a bright and inviting atmosphere year-round.

This spacious property features five bedrooms accommodating up to 10 guests. All beds are prepared with fresh linens, and clean towels are provided for your stay.

The cottage includes a large eat-in kitchen with a farmhouse-style table that seats 10. You’ll also find a large living room designed to accommodate everyone comfortably, featuring a fireplace and a Samsung flat-screen Smart TV with access to all major streaming apps, including Netflix, Disney+, and more (guest logins required). The games room offers entertainment for all ages, perfect for rainy days or evening fun with family and friends.

The fully equipped kitchen includes all necessary cookware and kitchen supplies. Additional amenities include 2.5 bathrooms and a washer and dryer (detergent not supplied).

Guests enjoy exclusive access to a private beach—just a short 3-minute walk from the cottage. ( Beach Chairs & Umbrellas provided)

Outdoors, enjoy a fire pit (firewood not included) (Fire permit provided when permitted by local by-law), Relax on patio with outdoor patio set for enjoying the beautiful summer nights under the stars. Enjoying meals outdoors on the patio with Gas or a charcoal BBQ—perfect for outdoor gatherings. The cottage is equipped with air-conditioned and heated by furnace. Surrounded by mature trees, the cottage offers excellent privacy. The driveway provides parking for up to six vehicles.

This cottage is located in a quiet residential setting perfect for families to be together making beautiful memories. This cottage is not a party cottage!

The cottage is located just a short drive to Midland & Penetanguishene for shopping coffee shops and restaurants.

A welcome package will be provided to include information for your arrival and during your stay. A self check-in access to the cottage using a secure keypad with a access code will be provided in our welcome package.
