'nine' has been thoughtfully designed for couples or families looking to unwind in a relaxed coastal atmosphere, with everything at your fingertips — allowing you to do as much or as little as you like without needing a car.

Set within a charming 1960s coastal building, this top-floor apartment captures sweeping views of the coastline and esplanade, with the beach just steps from your door.
Inside you’ll find a light-filled space featuring plush seating, a stylish dining area, breakfast bar, multiple lounging options, and full air-conditioning throughout for year-round comfort. After a day at the beach, unwind with Netflix on the couch or simply enjoy the sea breeze and stunning outlook.

The fully equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher, and everything needed for a self-catered stay. We proudly use Australian-made eco-friendly products throughout the kitchen, bathroom, and laundry spaces.

The bathroom features a large opening Velux skylight, creating a bright and airy atmosphere. For added convenience, there is a clothes dryer inside the unit, while shared laundry facilities are located on the ground floor and available for use by all guests.

The location truly makes staying at 'nine' special — positioned directly opposite the beachfront with easy access to Yeppoon's best restaurants, cafés, shops, the Keppel Kraken water park, and the vibrant esplanade.

Whether you’re here for a romantic coastal getaway or a relaxing family holiday, 'nine' offers the perfect place to slow down and enjoy everything Yeppoon has to offer.
There is covered parking for one car, with additional free parking available in the town car park directly across the road.

Please note: nine is located on the top floor and accessed via two flights of stairs, as the building does not have a lift.
