The Space:

Accommodating up to 10 guests, this spacious family property includes a 3-bedroom main house and a separate self-contained 2-bedroom guest suite, making it perfect for larger families or groups travelling together while still allowing space and privacy.

The separate dwelling features ramp access, offering easy access and additional comfort for guests who prefer step-free entry.



Bedrooms Configuration:

Main house:

- Bedroom 1: Queen bed

- Bedroom 2: 2x Long Single bed (can be made into a king bed upon request, please advise in advance)

- Bedroom 3: Double bed

Guest suite:

- Bedroom 4: Queen bed

- Bedroom 5: 2x Long single bed (can be made into a king bed upon request, please advise in advance)



Travel cot with linen available at the property for you to set up.



Bathrooms:

- Bathroom 1 in main house - walk in shower, separate toilet

- Bathroom 2 in guest suite - walk in shower and toilet



Living area & Entertainment:

- Spacious open plan living areas with smart TV (one in main house, one in guest suite)

- Board games, kids toys

- Open kitchen, dining, and living areas

- Fully appointed kitchens with appliances and Nespresso original compatible coffee pod machine

- Ducted air-conditioning with ceiling fans throughout the main house (including all bedrooms) & split system air-conditioning unit in living area in the guest suite (bedrooms not air-conditioned)

- Fully equipped laundry with a washing machine and dryer

- Beach equipment provided for your convenience (trolley, body boards, beach chairs, etc.)

- Remote-controlled gate for secure undercover parking, driveway can accommodate a caravan or boat and there is a free unlimited street parking available as well

- The property is fully fenced and safe for kids and pets to play





We provide you with:

➤ Hotel quality linen and towels via a professional linen service that adheres to the highest levels of Australian chemical & heat sanitisation standards.

➤ You have the option to request for more supplies, towels, change of linen or housekeeping cleaning during your stay at an additional cost.



Guest Access:

You'll be able to access the entire property and have it to yourself.



Self check-in, the key is placed in a lockbox at the property (you will receive your unique code in the morning of your check in for security reasons).



Check in from after 3 PM

Check out before 10 AM



Early check in is subject to availability. We will notify you automatically the day before if early check in is available. Late check out is often not available due to accepting last minute same day bookings.



Other Things to Note:

A NOISE MONITORING DEVICE IS INSTALLED AT THE PROPERTY to ensure guests' compliance with our house rules. Please note the home is located in a quiet residential area and out of respect for our neighbours, it is STRICTLY NOT suitable for parties or loud gatherings. Failure will result in security call out charges and instant cancelation without refund will apply.



HOUSE RULES:

- no smoking

- pets allowed (excl. furniture)

- no parties/events

- no extra guests other than agreed at the time of booking

- no loud music/noise (quiet hours between 9 pm and 7 am)
