If the beach and a memorable family vacation is what you have in mind, this traditional, comfortably furnished cottage is for you and your family. Relax, unwind, and enjoy the beautiful beach from your covered oceanfront deck/porch. Island time is what counts here!

South Oceanfront - Queen and Twin Beds; shares hall bathroom (tub/shower)

Location:

Your vacation home is located in Topsail Beach, just 6.9 miles south of the Surf City high rise bridge. You are close to a few shops, restaurants, and the Jolly Roger Pier in Topsail Beach and not too far away from the main business district on the island in Surf City!  Be sure to visit some local attractions such as the Karen Beasley Sea Turtle Hospital on the mainland and the Missiles and More Museum in Topsail Beach, which tells the story of our island’s past.

Additional Property Information:

The structure of the oceanfront dune obstructs views from the covered porch and the house.
No smoking - No smoking allowed by tenants on the premises.
No Pets - No pets allowed by tenants on the premises.
This cottage does not have a dishwasher.
Rents Weekly only - Saturday turn day.

Trip Preparation:

Rental homes with Ward Realty all have minimum standards to make your stay be as close to home away from home as possible. All of our rentals include fully equipped kitchens, basic small appliances (microwaves, coffee makers, toasters, blenders), pillows, comforters/bedspreads, television(s), central heating/air, iron/ironing board and much more! See below for a helpful list of what to bring with you to your rental. Please note that this homes does not come with sheets and towels. You may bring your own or rent them from Ward Realty.
