Welcome to our beautiful brand new front drive duplex home, thoughtfully designed to provide comfort, convenience and a relaxing stay. With 1500 sq ft of modern living space, this home is ideal for families, business travelers or groups visiting the Calgary area.

Relax in a modern and inviting living area featuring a 55 inch Smart TV with Netflix and Prime Video, comfortable seating and high speed WiFi. The living room also provides direct access to the patio and large backyard, perfect for relaxing after a day exploring the city.
Kitchen and Dining Area
Enjoy a fully equipped modern kitchen with stainless steel appliances including an electric stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator, freezer and dishwasher. A coffee maker and toaster are also available. Complimentary coffee, sugar, oil and limited spices are provided along with cookware, plates, cups and cutlery. The large dining table on the main floor comfortably accommodates guests for meals together.
