The Space:

Villa Bellevue is fully air-conditioned and comfortably accommodates up to six guests with three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The home features a well-equipped kitchen, ideal for preparing meals, and a bright living and dining area with stylish furnishings. Large windows create a light-filled atmosphere and offer lovely views of the surrounding outdoor space.



The highlight of the home is the spacious southwest-facing pool terrace overlooking the freshwater canals. The large swimming pool is heated by both solar and electric systems, allowing year-round enjoyment. The generous pool deck is perfect for relaxing, enjoying sunsets, or preparing meals on the gas barbecue grill.



Guest Access:

Guests have exclusive access to the entire property, including the house, pool area, and outdoor spaces. Self check-in is available to ensure a smooth and flexible arrival. Detailed check-in instructions will be provided prior to arrival.

Villa Bellevue is located in a well-maintained and very safe residential neighborhood in Southeast Cape Coral, situated at the intersection of two freshwater canals. The area is known for its quiet surroundings, tropical landscaping, and relaxed atmosphere, while still offering convenient access to shopping, dining, and local attractions.



Getting Around:

A car is recommended to explore Cape Coral and the surrounding areas comfortably. Restaurants, supermarkets, and everyday amenities are only a short drive away. From here, you can easily reach Fort Myers, beaches, and popular destinations throughout Southwest Florida.
