Welcome to your private coastal retreat. A spacious 5-bedroom home in Burleigh Waters designed for relaxed Gold Coast stays. Completed in December, the architecturally designed home features modern interiors filled with natural light. Set in a quiet cul-de-sac minutes from Burleigh Beach and James Street cafés, it offers a private pool, large outdoor entertaining deck with BBQ, three living areas, fireplace, ducted AC and a luxury master, with freestanding bath, perfect for families or groups.
Within a short walk to Burleigh Beach, world famous surf spot `Burleigh point`, James Street cafés and restaurants, while still being in a quiet residential street away from the crowds.
The home comfortably sleeps up to 10 across five bedrooms and is designed so everyone has their own space.
Inside, youâll find open-plan living, dining and kitchen areas along with additional lounge areas, making it easy for kids and adults to relax separately when needed. The kitchen is fully equipped for longer stays and group meals.

Outdoor Area & Pool
The outdoor space is the centre of the home. A large covered patio opens directly off the living area and overlooks the private swimming pool and backyard.
Thereâs plenty of seating, space for outdoor dining and room for kids to play while adults relax nearby. It works equally well for quiet mornings, afternoons by the pool, or long dinners outside in the evening.
Guests have private access to the entire property, including the house, outdoor areas, and pool.
Check-in is self-check-in via a lockbox. Detailed instructions will be sent prior to arrival so you can arrive at a convenient time.
We wonât disturb your stay, but weâre easy to reach if you need anything.
We respond quickly during the day. An after-hours contact number is also provided for urgent issues.

We provide enough amenities and toilet paper for the first three days of your stay only.
To ensure a safe and positive stay during your time with us, you will be required to sign a rental agreement with the following terms and conditions. Check in time is 3PM - Checkout time is 11AM (guests can arrange an adjusted check-in/out time prior to arrival) Quiet hours are from 9PM until 9AM (Weeknights) 10PM until 9AM Weekends (Friday night, Saturday morning Saturday night, Sunday morning) Late Check-Out Fee: Guests must check out by the designated time. For every 30 minutes past check-out time without prior approval, a $100 fee will be charged. Please be respectful of our neighbors. No music is allowed on the balcony during quiet hours. Occupants: You must not exceed the number of guests on the booking. No outside guests are allowed without prior approval. If more guests are found to be staying, there will be an additional charge of $100 per person per night. A penalty of $1,000 may also apply, and you may be asked to leave the property immediately. BBQ Area: Please clean up after using the BBQ facilities. *If a BBQ needs extra cleaning, a $75 fee will be taken from your bond payment Pool: No glass bottles or containers allowed in the pool area. (This included glass bottled alcohol eg. Wine bottles/beer bottles) No alcoholic drink is permitted within 1 meter of the pool edge, or inside the pool Children under 14 years must always be supervised by an adult. After using the pool, please ensure you are completely dry before entering the elevator. Additionally, diving is not permitted in the pool. Parking: Please use only the dedicated parking spot provided in your check-in details. Parking in any other spot will result in your car being towed. Guests are not allowed to use the visitor parking. Rubbish: Do not leave rubbish in the car park. A $100 fee will be charged for garbage removal from this area. Spare bin bags are provided for your convenience during your stay. Please use them for any extra rubbish in the apartment. If the council bins are full, we kindly ask that you dispose of excess rubbish at an alternative location. Failure to do so may result in a rubbish removal fee of up to $100. Balcony: Hanging items like towels or clothing over the balcony railing is not permitted. Bookers accountability: The actions of any guest in the property are the responsibility of the person who made the booking. For example, if a secondary guest damages any property or breaks rules resulting in any action being taken, it will be reflected on the deposit that the booker has put down. Keys: A loss of keys which results in new keys being cut or fobs needing to be ordered will come at a cost relative to each item. - Fob replacement $100 - Key re-cut $50 - Garage remote replacement $150 - An additional charge of 1 hour labor will also be added to retrieve the replacements. Please take good care of the keys, some keys are extremely hard to replace and require a week-long process to re-order and then driving an hour to pick them up. Key Return: If the keys are not returned to where they were picked up from, you will be charged accordingly as per our check-out instructions. eg. - No photo proof = $50. - keys locked inside apartment/house resulting in a call out to bring spare keys = $150. Security Deposit: A security deposit of $1000 will be held during your stay. This will be held 3 days before checkout. We do not have access to this money it is just a hold in your account. This deposit will be released within 4 days of your checkout date. Never will we deduct any money without prior discussion about any issue or misconduct of this agreement Pets: If you do not have a pet registered with us prior to check-in and there is evidence that a pet was present during your stay you will be charged up to $1000. A pet visible in the property during your stay may also result in the termination of the booking with no refund. Smoking Policy: Smoking is prohibited on the Premises. (This includes balconies in apartments) If there is any evidence of smoking in or outside the apartment you will be charged $200 Subletting: Subletting the property is strictly prohibited. Inspections: The Host may inspect the property (On long stays over 20 days) with prior notice, as per state law. If any terms of the agreement are violated, the stay may be terminated immediately. Damage: Any damage caused by the Guest will be deducted from the security deposit. A property report is conducted before each guest arrives, and again after guests vacate. These reports will be provided to the guest to show the damage occurred during their stay. Quiet Enjoyment: Guests should behave respectfully towards neighbors. Disturbances, such as large gatherings or parties, are grounds for immediate termination of the agreement. There is a strict no-party policy. A full deduction of the security deposit will result from an unwarranted party. Hostâs Liability: The Host is not responsible for any injuries or damage as a result of misuse of property during the stay. Travel Insurance We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover unexpected events such as illness or changes in plans. Unfortunately, weâre unable to modify or cancel bookings due to sickness or personal circumstances once the cancellation period has passed â which is why travel insurance is the best way to protect your stay and peace of mind. Use of Premises: The property can be used for commercial use if requested and accepted prior to arrival. Illegal Activity: The property must be used for legal purposes only. Illegal activities will result in immediate termination of the agreement without a refund. Lost Possessions: The Host is not responsible for any personal items left behind. Gold Coast Accomodations only holds lost property for 48 hours. Additionally, guests will be asked to fill out an online check-in form before arriving at the apartment. The check-in form will require the following. - Photo ID (of occupants over the age of 18) - A selfie that matches the photo ID For security and verification purposes, the name on the booking must match the identification of the guests upon check-in. If the registered name does not match the arriving guests, entry to the property will not be permitted. Unfortunately, alterations within 30 days of the check-in date that result in a reduction in price will not be accepted. Other alterations are not guaranteed and will be subject to the host`s discretion.
