The kitchen is very large and well equipped with high quality appliances, which include a dishwasher and large fridge. The second bedroom is set up as an office, and has a brand new futon which opens up into a bed. There is ample closed space, as well as additional storage available.
2 parking spots are included. The apartment includes its own private patio, and there is additional storage space in the attached garage.
Small sized pets are welcome (at additional fee), and there are a few off leash doggy parks nearby.
The apartment is located on the lower level of the house and is completely private and very peaceful. There is no smoking on the premises.
The property owner lives onsite and is readily available to help and answer any questions.
There are multiple attractions nearby, including Friday Harbor Resort, Innisfil Beach Park, as well as various dining and entertainment venues.
