Private, pet-friendly, and just minutes from shops, MONA, and Hobart CBD, this cosy retreat suits couples, families, or friends.
This charming two-bedroom home sits at the front of a larger block, completely separate from the ownerâs residence at the rear, offering guests privacy and their own private entrance. Inside, the home is bright, calm, and thoughtfully styled, with polished timber floors throughout and indoor plants adding warmth and greenery.
Both bedrooms are generously sized and feature comfortable queen beds, comfortably accommodating up to four guests. Both bedrooms also include their own television. The living area is spacious and inviting, with comfortable seating and a large 65-inch TV, ideal for relaxing after exploring Hobart. Heating and cooling are provided by a modern reverse-cycle air conditioning unit, ensuring comfort year-round.
The kitchen is fully equipped for both short and longer stays, featuring a gas cooktop, ample bench space, and all essential cookware. Laundry facilities, including a washing machine and dryer, are located just outside the rear door, with detergent supplied for guest use. The home is simple, well-maintained, and designed for an easy, comfortable stay.
Guests have full access to the property. There are no shared spaces or areas that are off-limits during your stay.
Please note there is a locked room inside the house labelled âOffice.â This room contains business materials and is not available for guest use.
