The home features two separate living areas, giving families room to spread out, perfect for kids to have their own space while adults unwind. The open-plan kitchen and dining area is fully equipped and flows easily through the main living space, making it ideal for shared meals and relaxed evenings. Complimentary Wi-Fi and quality linen are included for a hassle-free stay.
There are three generous bedrooms, including a master bedroom with a king bed, walk-through wardrobe and private ensuite. The two additional bedrooms each offer queen beds, making the layout well suited to families or couples travelling together. A modern family bathroom services the rest of the home, along with a washing machine for longer stays.
Outside, guests have access to a single internal garage, ideal for storing bikes, a small vehicle, or outdoor gear, plus off-street parking for two vehicles in the driveway. The park directly across the road is a real bonus for families, offering space for kids to play.

When making a booking request please include information on the age range of the guests intending to stay and your plans for while you are in TaupĆ.
We have a strict no large group or parties policy, disruption to the neighbours will not be tolerated. If we are notified of parties or illegal activity you will be evicted.
You will be required to complete a check in form prior to arrival (excluding identity verified, Airbnb accounts) which will include a copy of your ID and the details of all guests intending to stay at the property. Failure to complete this form will result in the booking being cancelled.
The guest named on the booking is responsible for the property for the duration of the stay and must take all reasonable care of the house. For breakages or damages be aware that you will be charged for the repair or replacement plus a 10% handling fee. It`s your responsibility to familiarise yourself with potential hazards or situations during the stay and take appropriate care or actions if needed.
All properties must be left reasonably clean and tidy, ensuring all furniture and appliances are returned to where they were. A general service clean is included, but if the property requires extra cleaning, you could be charged an additional $50.00 per hour, this includes BBQâs, excess rubbish, soiled linen and odour removal.
All bookings are accepted on the basis that you have read, understand, and agree to abide by the Terms and Conditions and House Rules.
