- We are located in a neighborhood that includes short and long-term guests and year-round residents. All guests and owners are subject to conform to the rules and regulations of the property. A full list of the Community Rules will be located in the property for your review upon arrival. Guest(s) causing excessive noise or disturbances will be asked to check out immediately, and the full stay rent charge will be due, including the deposit amount, with NO REFUNDS. Parking will only be for a maximum of two vehicles and/or LSV. All additional vehicles must be parked outside of the neighborhood. No street or community parking spaces are available to park

Parking pads next to the streets are for full-time residents only. There are daytime parking spots available at the pool
