Thoughtfully designed for comfort and quality, it offers a boutique alternative to larger holiday homes on the Fleurieu Coast and is ideal for couples seeking a calm coastal getaway.

The space

This beautifully finished, self-contained studio has been thoughtfully designed for couples or a small family. It features a private entrance, its own courtyard and lawn, with open country views and ocean views from the lawn area.

The private courtyard includes a BBQ, making it easy to enjoy relaxed outdoor meals. Inside, the space feels light, fresh and comfortable year-round, with ceiling fans throughout and reverse-cycle air conditioning in the lounge and kitchen area.

Sleeping

The Studio is best suited to a maximum of two adults and one child.

It is strictly a no-party, no-events accommodation and is not suitable for gatherings, celebrations or excessive noise. This space is designed for guests seeking a peaceful and respectful stay. Quiet hours must be observed after 10.00pm.

Please note: the property is not suitable for small children due to an unfenced retaining wall.

An external security camera monitors the entrance gate for guest safety.
