Totally refurbished for your comfort and vacation enjoyment. Our goal is to make this condo a place of comfort and a place that you will return to for years to come.
There is so much to enjoy at Ocean Village and the surrounding area of Hutchinson Island.
At our Ocean Village Paradise, besides the Sun and Beach, you may enjoy-
* 3 pools, one main pool complete with a Tiki Bar for snacks, great lunch menu and spirits
* 10 tennis courts and pickle ball courts

Please understand, the main pool is under construction. Due to an unfortunate 'popping' of the pool after a tropical storm in November 2023, the pool is being reconstructed.
We are all excited that the pool and Tiki bar are expected to reopen in March 2025!
Until then, there are 2 other pools for your enjoyment at Ocean Village, as well as the Beach!

The unit was not as advertised. We tried to communicate with owner but ended up having to leave under Vrbo advisement.

for whatever the reason, this guest wanted to leave our property and came up with many untruths about the property. Go back and read other guests reviews. When we come across a guest like this I just asked her to please leave and I will refund her all of her remaining days.

The location was GREAT-right by the 1st hole tee & very close to the main pool. For the most part it was exactly as described. However the front door lock didn't work from the outside. You could lock the door behind you from inside, but if you left the lock wasn't reliable. Thus, I would leave from the patio door and just have to leave that unlocked while I was away and trust that no one would creep in.Additionally, the AC was broken so I couldn't ever get the condo cooler than 84 degrees, even at night. I had to sleep with the bedroom windows open and ceiling fan blowing to try to remain somewhat comfortable at night. As a solo female traveler, it was nerve-wracking sleeping with the windows and blinds wide open all night on the ground floor - anyone could have peeked or crept in!The wifi info was different from what the host emails you the day of check-in, so that made it hard to get connected on my first day. I eventually used the password on the router (and later learned that the correct password was in a welcome binder). Lastly, the only coffee options were decaf or sweet-flavored K-cups like Vanilla Latte, Caramel Vanilla Cream, and Hazelnut. And there was instant oatmeal available, but only brown sugar maple flavor. If you want regular coffee, pack your own!Aside from this, everything was lovely! Towels, bath products, and an unbeatable location!The manager was quick to respond to my messages, saying she'd send a repairman after I checked out.

Great location, near restaurant, beach and pool. Very quiet, and the bed slept great. Very comfortable for the 2 of us. Nice table with high chairs to eat at; comfortable couch and chair to watch the huge TV in the evening.

Location of the unit was perfect; very close to golf, gym and restaurant. The unit was clean and kitchen/beach supplies were plentiful. Communication with owner was lacking and resulted in a delayed in... an unfortunate start to a vacation.

Paradise at the beach!

Once again we completed a multi week stay at this condo in Ocean Village. Comfortable, everything needed for any length stay, and wonderful views. 2025 home away from home

Property and housing was amazing and exactly as described. The convenience of having the beach, pools, a restaurant on the property, and so much more on site. (Only disappointment was the main pool is under construction) I was able to signup for yoga and pool water exercise classes… we are not a golf family but enjoy watching them play. We also took advantage of the short drive to Fort Pierce Inlet and ate at the many outdoor restaurants

Spring break

We came down to OV with 5 families. It’s a great place to chill with friends. All units are close together so you can have your own space and don’t feel like you are on top of each other. Unit was very clean. It could use some maintenance (mostly paint) but that was not a big deal to us. Did I mention it was clean! It was well stocked and ready for us when we arrived. Owner was easy to contact.

Loved the condo and property! Only negative comment was the bathroom light went out and we went the last 3 days having potty and shower in the dark. Pam responded very quickly and provided numbers for 2 people on-site but one said it wasn’t their job and the other was too busy on another job.

Snowbird Paradise

We have stayed in this condo for a few years each winter and the multiweek stays have only gotten better each year. If there is a better owner, I have not heard or seen anything that would indicate such. Everything you could need or want is provided and the conditions are as good as it gets. Thanks Bob and Pam for allowing us to stay in your unit for the past few years.
