Sleeping arrangements
The suite is located on the second floor of an 1883 mansion and features a queen bedroom with plush linens and room-darkening shades for restful nights. A separate sitting room offers a cozy spot to unwind, read, or watch TV. The layout is ideal for couples seeking a romantic escape or solo travelers looking for a tranquil base.

Bathroom
Enjoy a classic clawfoot tub with shower, stocked with essentials like towels, shampoo, conditioner, body soap, and a hair dryer. The bathroom is designed for comfort and relaxation after a day exploring the city.

Living & workspace
The sitting room includes a dedicated workspace and a comfortable reading area, perfect for catching up on work or planning your next adventure. Original artwork adds a touch of local flair, and you may even have the chance to meet the artist during your stay.

Step onto your private balcony, furnished with chairs and a café table, and take in views of oak-lined Esplanade Avenue. It’s an inviting spot for morning coffee or evening drinks, surrounded by the gentle sounds of the neighborhood.

The suite is equipped with air conditioning, ceiling fan, heating, washer, dryer, TV, high chair, and fast wifi. Essentials such as towels, bed sheets, soap, and toilet paper are provided, along with a mini fridge and coffee maker for your convenience. Free street parking is available, and self check-in is easy with a keypad door code.

Neighborhood
Located in the Esplanade Ridge neighborhood, you’re just a 20-minute walk from the French Quarter and close to Bayou St. John, City Park, and local festivals. The area is residential and quiet, offering a true taste of New Orleans living while keeping you close to the city’s vibrant culture.
