We’re committed to giving you peace of mind when you stay with us. We’ve enhanced our cleaning procedures to meet new Airbnb cleaning Standards .

• Apartment style accommodation with equipped kitchen + Washer and dryer in the common areas
• 1 king bed, 2 single beds or a Queen bed , and a Queen sofa bed in the living room
• 2 full bath ( one is unsuited )
• Big TV in the living room to entertain your group, each room has TV
• Restaurant and bars onsite
• BBQ facilities are available.

Guest access
Guest will check in with Front desk with info and confirmation given by us via email .
Is important that the guest on the booking is 21 year or older and present a ID and credit card . The person on the booking MUST be the same that will check in .
For any name alteration and additions after you book, will have a fee of $50 dollars .

COVID -19 info:
The property affirms that it adheres to the SafeStay (AHLA - USA) sanitization guidelines.
Disinfectant is used to clean the property; commonly-touched surfaces are cleaned with disinfectant between stays; bed sheets and towels are laundered at a temperature of at least 60°C/140°F.

Some facilities might be closed during your stay.
Pools are open and could be working with reduced capacity to promote social distancing.

Check-in time: 4:00pm
Check-out time: 10:00am
Check in open till 10pm, after that you have to call 1 hour ahead to have the security to meet you at the gate.
Security Deposit: Resort will swipe your card for incidentals, nothing will be charged. Hold of U$150 per apartment
Minimum Stay: 1 night

This is a timeshare resort, you are a full paying guest, that means you HAVE NOT to attend a timeshare presentation or tour the property, but you will have the benefits that this first class resort offers.

Individual unit decor may vary slightly from photos as resorts make updates and changes. Those pictures are a mix from my own and other pictures provided by the Resort. They represent very well what the apartment/room will look like.

Timeshare tour is not required but may be offered by the resort for incentives.
We do not promote, endorse or encourage any sales pit however is up to you to accept in case it is offered, again, you are not required.

If the reservation needs to be under a different name please let us know BEFORE booking. If a name change is required after the reservation is booked, there will be an additional $50 change fee. Guest will need a valid ID and credit card for check in.
