To SeaWorld Orlando — ~ 30–35 minutes by car. To Orlando International Airport (MCO) — ~ 40–45 minutes by car under normal conditions. Grocery stores, supermarkets, shopping, dining — just a short 5-10 minute drive (approx. 1–2 miles) — handy for meals, snacks, or last-minute needs. Pool Information This home features a private pool. Pool heating is not available. Grill & Vacation Gear A complimentary 18-inch charcoal grill is available upon request before 5 PM on the day of arrival. Propane grill rentals and other vacation gear can be arranged for an additional cost. Parking & Access Guests have full access to the entire home. Parking is limited to the driveway, which accommodates up to three cars. Watersong does not offer overflow or street parking. Pet Policy Small pets under 40 pounds are welcome with a $150 pet fee per animal. Only legally documented service animals are exempt with proper documentation. Any damages or additional cleaning caused by pets will be charged accordingly. Linens & Essentials Linens and towels are provided at the start of your stay. Washcloths are not included, as they are considered personal items. Getting Around Located near major highways, this home makes it easy to access Orlando’s theme parks, the airport, shopping centers, restaurants, and surrounding attractions. Rental cars and rideshare services are also readily available.
