***POOL HEATING*** POOL FACING EAST There is a fee of $40 dollars a day for this service and it's a 2 day minimum. We recommend to inform us at least 48 hours prior to the check-in date. The house has a spa.

***GUEST ACCESS AND PARKING*** Guests will have access to the entire house for themselves. The house has a driveway that can accommodate up to 3 cars and a 2 car indoor garage. Also there is overflow parking about 250 feet down the same street.

** BBQ GRILL We provide a small 18 inches charcoal grill at no cost If you need to outsource the propane gas grill or other gears please contact us for arrangements as we have a full variety of items available. ( Extra cost) *** The Charcoal grill if free upon request. It needs to be requested prior arrival or the day of arrival before 5 pm***

**PET POLICY PET FEE OF $150 per pet. Only 1 small dog under 40 pounds allowed. Please inform us if you have a pet that is traveling with you. Any damages or extra cleaning needed will be charged. No more than 1 dog per booking.
