A short 5min walk to Raumati Beach Village shops, cafes, restaurant, retail fashion, local vet, Hairdresser, Bar, bakery, pharmacy, children's play and water park. Or 5mins in the opposite direction to Paraparaumu Beach Village shops and eateries.

Pick up treats, local produce, artisan crafts at the local artisan markets, visiting either Paraparaumu or Waikanae community markets every Saturday morning.

The house has a fully equipped kitchen, bench-top induction stove, fan oven, microwave oven, blender, toaster, kettle, coffee maker, toaster, coffee, sugar, milk and a bowl of fruit on arrival. Everything you need to make your stay comfortable and easy living.

Off-street parking for two vehicles. 1 x Carport covered car park.

Your Access: You'll have full and private access to the entire home during your stay. This includes:

- All indoor living spaces, including the open-plan lounge, dining area, fully equipped kitchen, and 2 comfortable bedrooms in the house. Sleep out is not available at this time, as it is being renovated.

- Fresh towels, toiletries, and amenities provided for your stay and few surprises to get your senses to relax.

- Sunny outdoor deck, perfect for relaxing, dining, or enjoying your morning coffee in the fresh sea air.

- Outdoor areas surrounding the home, and walk 30sec to a path that leads directly toward the beach.

You’ll have complete independence with self-check-in, allowing you to arrive at a time that suits you any time after 3.00pm. Once here, the home is yours to enjoy—peaceful, private, and at your own pace.
