The Space:

This relaxed Kiwi bach offers plenty of room for families and groups, with a spacious layout across the main house and a fully equipped sleepout.



Downstairs in the main house, you’ll find the open-plan kitchen, dining and lounge area—perfect for cooking, sharing meals and spending time together. Large doors open onto a sheltered wintergarden-style deck, which can be opened right up to the lawn, creating an easy indoor–outdoor flow on sunny days. The twin bedroom and the main bathroom are also located on this level.



Upstairs is the peaceful queen bedroom, a bright, cosy space ideal for a restful night’s sleep.



The large garden surrounding the house is leafy, private and perfect for children to play or for enjoying quiet moments in nature.



Just a few steps from the main house is the sleepout, offering extra comfort and flexibility. It includes a bunk room, a separate queen bedroom, plus its own shower, toilet, and laundry facilities—making it ideal for extended families, teenagers, or friends wanting a little more privacy.
