This modern ground-floor studio in Killington Center is an efficient, hotel-style space with a few extras that matter on a ski trip. Walk a few minutes to the shuttle instead of dealing with parking, ride straight to the lifts, then come back to your own private après zone with a linear electric fireplace, 55" smart TV, and in-unit washer and dryer.

The studio's kitchenette keeps mornings and simple meals easy with an induction cooktop, fridge, microwave, toaster, and both Keurig and drip coffee makers. In summer, relax at the seasonal outdoor pool or plug in at the community EV chargers before heading out again.

This unit is the twin neighbor to another redesigned studio we host in the same building. If you are traveling with friends or family and need more space, you can often book both, subject to availability.

The space:

• Queen bed and sleeper sofa in a single open-concept room

• Sectional sleeper sofa with chaise for lounging or extra guests
• Bar-height counter with two stools for dining or laptop time
• Blackout shade on the window to help you sleep in or nap between runs

The kitchenette is designed for convenience, not heavy cooking.
• 2-burner induction cooktop
• Undercounter fridge with small freezer compartment

• Toaster
• Keurig and drip coffee maker
• Basic dishes, mugs, glassware, and cutlery
• No full oven and no dishwasher

This is a studio, so all beds share the same space.

Killington Center sits along the main road leading to the resort. From this unit, you can walk to a breakfast spot next door and take an easy, short walk to the shuttle stop that brings you up to the mountain, so you can skip cold-car mornings and parking lot stress. When conditions are good, you are just a straightforward ride from your front door to the lifts.

Guest access:

Policies:
• No pets
• No parties or events
• Quiet hours 10 pm to 8 am
• Primary guest must be at least 25 years old
• Maximum of 4 registered guests
• Water Note: This property uses a state-regulated private well, typical for Killington. The water is regularly tested and suitable for everyday household use (showers, washing, etc.); however, naturally occurring minerals in the local geology, including iron and manganese, may cause a metallic smell or discoloration and staining of fixtures. Complimentary bottled water is provided for all drinking and cooking.
