For more than twenty years, our family has been escaping to Anderson Ranch Reservoir to soak in everything this incredible area has to offer. Some of our best memories were made out on the lake—waterskiing, tubing, fishing, and simply enjoying the calm of the water. We’ve explored countless miles of mountain trails on our UTV, discovering hidden gems like natural springs and breathtaking overlooks along the way.

With some of the region’s best hunting grounds practically in our backyard, the outdoors has always been a big part of our time here. Our three little ones have grown up playing freely with their siblings and cousins, creating the kind of core memories that only come from wide‑open spaces and endless adventure.

Featherville itself feels like a step back in time, where life moves slower and people still wave as they pass by. The South Fork of the Boise River winds through town, and nearby trails lead to the Trinity Mountains, natural springs, and hidden overlooks. With easy access to water sports, fishing, UTV adventures, and small‑town charm—including a cozy local restaurant and bar—this area offers something for everyone. Our hope is that this home, with its mountain views and peaceful setting, becomes a place where you can unwind, reconnect, and make unforgettable memories of your own.

I love this home because it was designed for both comfort and connection. The large windows open up to wide, unobstructed mountain views, filling every room with natural light and making the outdoors feel like part of the living space. The chef‑style kitchen is one of my favorite spots, equipped with top‑of‑the‑line appliances that make cooking for a crowd genuinely enjoyable.

The double opening front and back doors create an effortless flow for gatherings, letting people move freely between the house, the deck, and the yard. And the unique touches—like a commercial ice maker that keeps up with any group and bathroom urinals that make life easier for the boys—add practicality and personality you don’t find in most homes. It’s a place built for hosting, relaxing, and making great memories.
