This airy 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom home perfectly balances a tranquil, nature-surrounded setting with unparalleled convenience. Its ideal location ensures quick and easy access to a variety of Brewster and Dennis beaches, making day trips across the Cape a breeze.
Guests are just a short distance from the beloved Saints Landing Beach and minutes away from local landmarks such as the historic Brewster General Store, Kate's Seafood, the Cape Cod Museum of Natural History, and the charming shops at Lemon Tree Village.
The home itself features a comfortable living room, a fully equipped kitchen, modern amenities like central AC and WiFi, and comfortable sleeping arrangements including a first-floor queen bedroom, a second-floor queen bedroom, and a third bedroom with two double/full beds.

CANCELLATIONS, CHANGES & REFUNDS
In the event of cancellation, a refund minus a service fee of 25% of the total rent rate will be made if and ONLY if rental property is re-rented. The $205 booking & damage protection fee is non-refundable. If rental property is not re-rented, cancellation will result in the forfeiture of the total rental amount paid. All notices of cancellation must be in writing.
