This spacious, newly built single-storey home in a modern development in Banksia Beach features 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, ducted air-conditioning and a sparkling pool. Just a 6-minute drive to the shores of Banksia Beach and 2 minutes to the golf course. With high ceilings, three living areas, and a fully equipped kitchen, itâs the perfect base for relaxing and discovering the best of Bribie.
The Space:
Step into this stylish, contemporary home and be welcomed by a bright open-plan living, dining, and kitchen area with soaring ceilings and beautiful natural light. Sliding glass doors open to a private patio, creating a seamless indoorâoutdoor connection for easy relaxation, with alfresco dining for four, an outdoor sofa, all overlooking the sparkling pool area. Inside, youâll find two comfy sofas in the sitting area, a generous dining table for eight, a high-spec kitchen, and ducted air-conditioning for year-round comfort. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need, including a fridge/freezer, gas cooktop, oven, dishwasher, microwave, coffee pod machine, kettle, toaster, plus handy small appliances, and a butlerâs pantry with an adjoining laundry. There are also two separate living areas, each with a comfortable sofa and a wall-mounted smart TV (apps only). This beautiful home sleeps 8 and the bedroom configuration is as follows.
Bedroom 1 (Master): A spacious retreat with a plush king bed, ducted air-conditioning, ceiling fan, and walk-in wardrobe leading to the ensuite.
Bathroom 1 (Ensuite): Modern and spacious, with a shower, standalone bath, double vanities, and a toilet.
Bedroom 2: Beautifully styled with a queen bed, wardrobe, ducted air-conditioning, and ceiling fan.
Bathroom 2: Includes a shower, bath, vanity, plus an adjacent powder room with toilet and vanity.
Bedroom 3: This inviting room features a queen bed, wardrobe storage, ducted air-conditioning, and a ceiling fan to keep things cool and comfortable.
Bedroom 4: The final bedroom is also complete with a queen bed, wardrobe cupboard, ducted air-conditioning, and a ceiling fan.
Laundry: Tucked at the end of the butlerâs pantry, with a front-loading washer, dryer, sink, and outdoor clothesline.
Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the entire home along with space to park 2 cars in the secure double garage, plus one one the driveway. There is also free street parking available.
The Neighborhood:
Set just across the road from a lovely park and playground, the Pacific Harbour Golf & Country Club weaves through the estate only a 12-minute walk away, with a cafe and restaurant on site. With more parks, playgrounds, and handy coastal boat ramps close by, youâll have endless options for fishing, boating, picnics, or simply unwinding and exploring throughout the island. Key areas include:
- Pacific Harbour Golf and Country Club is a 2 minute drive
- Banksia Beach is a 6 minute drive
- Sylvan Beach boat ramp, pontoon & cafes is a 10 minute drive

It's ideal to have a car to get around Bribie Island, nestled in Banksia Beach, this home offers a peaceful escape from the hustle and bustle of city life. Having a car at your disposal is highly recommended, allowing you the freedom to explore the picturesque Bribie Island at your own pace.
Other Things to Note:
*We DO NOT take schoolies bookings* *No guests under the age of 20 travelling independently, fine if accompanied by family (ie. young adults apart from a family booking are always fine).
*This home is in a residential community with neighbours in close proximity. We have quiet hours on Bribie Island after 9pm. We ask that you also generally respect our neighbours and keep noise to a minimum generally.
*To ensure a smooth check-in, all guests complete a simple online form prior to arrival. This is a requirement of all our guests that stay with us, access to our home will only be provided after the completion of our form.
*Electric vehicle charging: If you plan on charging your electric car while on holiday, we would appreciate it if you could first consider using the designated charging stations available at nearby shopping centres and public locations. These are great alternatives and help us manage our power usage. If you need to charge your electric car at our home, please reach out for pre-approval beforehand. Please be aware that there is an additional charge for this. We appreciate your understanding.
