Close to several cafes, it is only a short walk to Bayfair and Baywave, with two golf courses a 5 minute drive. Bayfair includes extensive shopping, movies, restaurants and bars. A relaxing, spacious home, you can enjoy alfresco dining and barbecues after long days at the beach swimming or surfing. Whether you're on holiday or a business stay, this property suits all kinds of guests.

Both bedrooms are furnished with comfortable queen beds, ensuring a restful night's sleep. The middle floor one also has a single bed. Both have bathrooms while there is also a separate toilet. The fully equiped kitchen includes a wide range of appliances. The living spaces are light and warm, opening on to a large spacious deck overlooking the full section, and a more intimate one that enjoys the afternoon sun. There is also an office space, and two nooks to relax in. The bedrooms and living spaces have some sea views.

Guests have full access to the apartment and use of most of the grounds. There is a small tenanted flat on the ground floor with a separate entrance. There is ample parking, although the garage, including laundry, is not available.

This is a quiet neighbourhood so no parties and please respect the neighbours. Suitable pets are welcome, but please check for suitability before confirmation. There is a good surfing beach across the road and cycle/walkways nearby. A portable cot is available on request.
